This is a solid stop if you’re in the mood for a classic grinder loaded with fillings. The sandwiches are packed with meat and fresh veggies, and the flavor is spot on. Portions are generous and you definitely don’t leave hungry. My only weak spot was the bread, which comes down to personal preference. I’m more into a crusty grinder roll, and this was softer, more like a typical grocery-store style roll. It didn’t ruin the sandwich, just not my ideal bite. I also tried the cupcakes, peanut butter and red velvet, and both were excellent. Moist cake, very generous frosting, and clearly made to satisfy a sweet tooth. I’d come back for the food and absolutely for dessert.
Found this hidden gem for a quick breakfast sandwich. Great food choices from breakfast/lunch/desserts, cold and hot food and drinks, clean and bright, with friendly service. Thank you Kellie we will be back!!
I was excited to try the food based on multiple positive reviews. I ordered a chicken cutlet on a hard roll with mayo, provolone, and roasted red peppers. The chicken was so overcooked, almost burnt that it was completely dried out and tough. It was the thinnest piece of chicken (cutlet') I have ever seen in my life. I didn't know chicken could be pounded that thin. It was as thin as the provolone. There were only 3 small pieces of the very thin dry chicken. I was so disappointed. I also bought the chicken francaise ($13.95) from the refrigerator section that I didn't try yet, but upon opening at home it's a small serving for $14. I will update my review when I try it. The sandwich was very expensive for what I got considering it couldn't have been even 1/2 piece of pounded chicken breast.
Quality food & service! They carry hot meal entrees and make excellent sandwiches. They have a nice desert selection, including ice cream and gelato! ... no wait / fast service, clean atmosphere!
I have been here three times. The first time was amazing but the second time the server was a bit rude. I thought maybe he was having a bad day and left it as it was. Today we were just there, the guy that rang us up was really rude!! I don’t know what was his problem. We knew what we wanted and never gave anyone a issue. But he was rude. Threw our sandwiches on the counter and didn’t want to give us a bag. My husband asked for a bag. He gave him a bag and he put our sandwiches in the bag and walked away. Again we didn’t give them a problem! I know it’s 9:30 in the morning but there’s no need for the attitude! My last time being here.
