Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Me and my girlfriend came here about an hour before they closed (I know we suck lol). But when we got there we were greeted with pure kindness and hospitality! Our server Sierra was one of the sweetest ladies we've ever had at any sit down restaurant, and not to mention, the manager Ben was an absolute angel. He helped us more than anyone could ever imagine! Thanks so much for the great service Cracker Barrel! We'll be back to see you guys soon!

It took a while for our server to come and take our order even though the restaurant was not very busy for a Saturday night. Once our waitress came she was very attentive and came back multiple times to attend to our needs. The food did take quite a while to come out as well. Perhaps this location is short staffed. The food was good and I like being able to pay by scanning the QR code on our receipt. There was a mishap with one of the servers dropping a dinner plate to the floor. It was approximately 15 minutes before anyone came out to sweep up the broken dishes and food.

I have never waited so long for food at Cracker Barrel before. Our server was only mildly attentive and had nails that were way too long to be trying to serve food. However the food was hot and delicious.

Our waitress was very friendly and nice to us. Food was ok. Spicy chicken sausage was good. Gift shop was neat and had good deals.

Excellent comfort food. Chicken and Dumplings and Meatloaf. Does get any better than this. The biscuits were baked to perfection!!! Waitress was very good and pleasant to visit with. Hope the weather improved for her son's football game.
