Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Been many years since I'd been to a Cracker Barrel. As always a great stop for some southern fixings and always serving fantastic breakfast all day? The grilled chicken sandwich I had was tasty indeed.

As a service industry professional myself, China’s customer service and hustle were no joke! My mother and I came in late night, an hour before close. Oops! Didn’t realize what time it was. I usually know better. Regardless, we were sat and taken care of perfectly. I hope China receives some kind of award or gift or atleast a free meal because the woman DESERVES IT!

Service was great! Food came out slow, and was presented very sloppy. The place appeared to need a serious deep clean.

I haven't been to a Cracker Barrel in years so I tried this one on my way home from a family visit. I dined alone which never happens and I focused on the service and food without distractions. The menu is full of my favorites from Chicken and Dumplings to a nice variety of Burgers. I decided on my all-time CB favorite, Pot Roast with Mashed potatoes and potato dumplings as my 2 sides. In case you're thinking, why 2 starches ?, I can't resist CB dumplings or mashed potatoes. As a single guy I don't get these foods as much as I'd like. The Pot Roast was so tender I cut it with a fork. Carrots and onions were in the gravy and melted in my mouth. The meal came with the choice between biscuits and corn muffins. I chose the latter. This Viera location is one of the nicest CB locations I have ever been. Food was great and all staff was very friendly. Store decoration and products available were amazing.
