Cracker Barrel was absolutely amazing. I loved the entire experience from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere felt warm, cozy, and comforting in the best country style way. The food was delicious and the portions were huge. The biscuits were soft and perfect with the little jams they give you. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. The menu had so many choices and the dishes we ordered were flavorful and satisfying. The shrimp, the chicken dishes, and the sides all tasted great. The service was friendly and the restaurant felt clean and well run. I also loved walking through the store section. It felt nostalgic and charming. The rocking chairs outside added such a nice touch and the place had a unique character that you do not see in many restaurants anymore. Overall I had a wonderful

We come here almost every week, and it never disappoints. This is our go-to place for breakfast and brunch. The food is always fresh, delicious, and truly feels homemade. The service is outstanding. Ms.Tammy, our waitress, are super friendly, attentive, and always check in with a smile to make sure everything is perfect. Portions are generous, and if you don’t finish, you can easily take the rest home. Coffee, water, and Coke are always refilled, which is a big plus. You leave the tip on the table and pay at the cashier in the second room, where there’s also a nice gift shop with lots of souvenirs. You can even sign up as a regular customer and get discounts. Since this restaurant is located in many states, it’s great knowing you can rely on it when traveling. The interior and decorations

I had such a great experience at Cracker Barrel! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor — just like a good home-cooked meal. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and everything was clean and well organized. Our waitress, Laucetta, was absolutely amazing. She was kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. She kept a positive attitude the whole time and really made our visit special. Customer service like hers is rare these days, and she truly went above and beyond. We will definitely be back!

The experience is incredible, and the staff is warm and always pending of the table. I had a great dinner also, the food was amazing, I ordered a hashbrown shepherd pie and the meat was soft and delicious, the pure was on point and the vegetables were just great. The dessert didn't stay behind. It was absolutely amazing the right amount of sweetness and (Hershey's) chocolate. The establishment is nice, transmits warm and comfort. A must to visit place if you are a tourist (as i am)

To start off, I’m only giving 5 stars because of the person who took care of my husband and I when we came in. I don’t live in Greenville but was here for work. It was a few minutes before closing and a kind gentleman took out to go order(I think it may have been the manager) which we were very appreciative for. While we were waiting on the food, I bought a few things but the cashier was not very kind. She just asked “Can I help you?” No smile or anything. I pretty much felt unwelcome but whatever I’m a tough cookie. The people she took care of before me got a different level of service…let’s just leave it at that 🤷🏽‍♀️. I work in the entertainment business and my job is literally to make people laugh and have a great time as guests at my job. I get sometimes people could have bad days but
