When I first walked in, I felt very welcomed by Joan! Her energy and tone just makes you feel like you’re getting a warm hug as she talks to you! My experience with ordering over the phone was great as well! They really know how to talk to people here and the food is delicious! Omg! They cooked my order to perfection! Thank you all for a wonderful to-go experience.

Unfortunately we had a waiter confused about his sexual identity, poor guy. The chicken was excellent, the sides were cold (fried okra & pinto beans biscuit & cornbread)The waiter did refil water but came pretty late in the meal to check how the food was or I would've asked for new sides.

The service was great. The best menu items all looked very delicious 😋. The Nashville fridge chicken was especially excellent. They kept the fire going and our server was fast, friendly and welcoming.

We always enjoy stopping at a Cracker Barrel at some point when on a trip. We stopped in here about 30 minutes before they closed, and they were out of quite a few things. It was understandable though and the food we did order was quite good.
