Cozy Coffee Tarkington

Good coffee, good service, but the training seems to be inconsistent. Some of the girls dont seem to know the difference between an Earl Grey latte (Earl Grey, which is black tea and bergamot, and milk) and a London Fog (the same, but with added vanilla, and sometimes lavander, syrups). I've been at work since 5am, driving a forklift in the rain and I just wanted something comforting. I heard them discussing the drink, but I didnt think about it until I took a sip, and the LAST thing I ever want to do is complain, so I'm just gonna drink it and try not to be mad at myself for being this way.

Just went in here for my daughter, I had never been and have been wanting to check it out. The name is cute and when I walked in it was quiet. The two girls didn't even look up to greet. It wasn't busy, so of course I said "Goodmorning" with a big smile. The young lady looked at me and didn't acknowledge me at all. We were at the counter for about two minutes before the lady ask me "do you know what you want" I responded kindly "yes". Then she told me "just a minute." I ordered a smoothie for my daughter, I decided not to get a coffee because the service, but I promised my daughter a birthday drink. Their baked goods are amazing, their drinks are top notch and every single staff member is very friendly and their customer service can't be beat. Its an amazing experience every time.

Service was great and Coffee was delicious. I ordered an iced mocha and my mom had a sugar free white mocha. My son got a banana-strawberry smoothie and he loved it! Recommend! We'll definitely be back!!

I ordered the brown sugar iced latte with cream foam on top, it was absolutely delicious and not over sweetened. I also ordered the mix berry muffin and was delicious. Will be returning to try other products.
