Cowboy's Barbecue

This place was pretty good, if ya ask me. But, how do you really know??? If the following reasons makes sense to you, then you’ll completely understand my point: #1, and probably the most important: there were the elderly in there, cops in there, farmhands in there, and various other workers… Make sense??? Well, even if it doesn’t, take my word and hit this place up. The BBQ is delicious, the sauce is spot on ( added bonus-they sell their very own) and they run specials, so, you’re pretty set. If you’re out that way, give them a visit.

This was my first time dining in this restaurant. The staff was very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. We received our food, hot, fresh and fast. My sandwich was a Jumbo pulled pork and man it was yummy. Their BBQ Sauce is absolutely delicious as well as the baked beans and fried okra. I got nice sized portions and the prices were very reasonable. Great little restaurant.

The staff were incredibly nice, the food was fantastic. This place knows their BBQ and they didn't forget to dress up their sides. It was so good that I ordered food to go for the next day. I'll be back!

Stopped here for lunch while visiting family. I have to say... Everything was awesome! This establishment is on point and is an excellent example for all!!! It warms my heart to give a true and great review. The staff was professional, kind and FAST & on point. Everything was brought to us fresh, fast and tasted excellent. I had portions for 2 people! Some of THE best bbq & sauce I've ever had (and I live in TX so I eat plenty lol). The peanut butter pie and cookies were excellent as well. We had a variety of meals... cheeseburger w/ mac & cheese, sliced brisket w/ beans, pulled pork dinner, combo dinner w/ shredded brisket & chicken w/ okra & fries. They have daily specials & offer a discount if you pay cash. Definitely check them out if you're passing through Batesville. You won't regre

Amazing BBQ! True BBQ needs NO Sauce & this place needs No Sauce. The smokiness infused in the Brisket & Pork is perfection (I’m from Texas & Love my Texas BBQ & this could be considered Honorary Texas BBQ). So excited to taste that I’d forgotten to take a photo &I had to stop eating to do just that. lol
