We had an incredible experience with Cowboy catering. We used them for our Christmas staff party and they did an outstanding job. They exceeded our expectations for sure. The food was amazing and they were on time and professional.

⚠️ BE AWARE!!! I made a HUGE mistake hiring Cowboy Catering… No — seriously. A huge mistake. For our company event, Cowboy Catering handled the charcuterie, hors d’oeuvres, and dessert. Since I had never tasted their smoked meats before, I hesitated to use them for the main dinner and hired another local bbq company instead. That was my first mistake. Amy and Monty showed up and created one of the most incredible spreads I’ve ever seen. The charcuterie table was beautiful, the presentation was flawless, and everything tasted even better than it looked. Then came the moment I realized just how bad my decision was… I tried Monty’s smoked meats. Game over. After one bite, I knew I had messed up not using Cowboy Catering for the entire meal. Cowboy Catering Company catered our wedding and the spread was STUNNING and so delicious. I had zero stress as the bride regards to food because I knew they would take care of everything. Had a beautiful tea party spread for my bridesmaids for lunch, then served a buffet for the reception. They also set out a charcuterie spread before dinner that my guests loved and raved about. They did the cake cutting and serving, AND packed up all left over food. Would give them 10 stars if I could. They worked within my budget for the food I wanted and let me customize the whole menu. We’re very responsive and timely with email communication.
