Cousins Subs

I don’t know what’s going on at this Cousins, but it’s a mess. The service was slow, the staff looked like they didn’t want to be there, and employees were talking to each other more than communicating with customers. The whole place felt disorganized. My food was thrown together like nobody cared, and for the price, that’s embarrassing. Management clearly isn’t paying attention because the vibe is stressful and unprofessional. Definitely not worth the stop when there are way better places nearby.

One small piece of ham on a ham and cheese sub that the bread was wrapped around. They also forgot the tomato. No thank you. Not at these prices. What happened to Cousins? They used to be good Edited to add: I have been going to Cousins Subs for over 20 years. The bread quality has changed to being very tasteless and thin and with this lack of contents, including lettuce, would not recommend to anyone at this point.

Have been to this location 4 or five times now with shift manager Donald always delivering below expectations, this recent event on 1-2-26 we waited over 20 minutes for our basic sub order, not during peak hours, and when my hot sub sat on the counter the night shift manager acknowledged that it had been closer to 25 minutes for a dine in order and said he would take care of it. The he had to give me was not mine and it was not correct. It was remade and at this point taken to go. Donald was more worried about ending his shift at 4:30 than making sure his crew was covered and was pulling crew members from thier tasks assigned causing confusion and frustration. Spent $40 for 2 people and sandwiches are half full, at best. Got soups, sandwiches, chips, and drinks. Left hungry. Stopped going here because their sandwiches have barely any meat in them. Asking for extra mayo is a joke. Sandwich is always dry

The sandwich was really good but the fact that I paid $2 for bacon and thats all they put on is ridiculous.
