Cousins Subs

Had the best double cheese steak I have ever had. Servers were friendly and helpful. Manager was sweet! We were in town dealing with a lot. Had to use the laundromat next door twice for hours so ate here many times!! Very nice clean place! We dined in and took out for lunch and dinner.

Food was mediocre, service was meh, the guy who took our order wasn’t all that knowledgeable… first problem started when I turned my daughters 7.5” sub into a meal.. it literally says on the menu board “MAKE IT A MEAL” but I was charged individually full price for everything. And the guy said we don’t really have a meal option.. ummm ok so they why does it say MAKE IT A MEAL in big red letters on the menu board. Secondly my husband I spent over $80 on our food for us and our kids. We get home just to find that the meal we had purchased for our daughter wasn’t even in with the rest of our food.. ordered a bowl of Mac n cheese and got a cup. Had to drive all the was back to get my daughter’s food while my $20 chicken cheesesteak got cold, and when I got home my husband said his $20 Philly ch

I pre-order my sub from this location all the time and they never mess it up. Keep up the good work Cousins Staff. thank you for the great service.

I am a restaurant general manager myself, so I understand things happen, however I’ve never come across this! A dead spider in my shake! This is absolutely 100% disgusting 🤢 I will never eat here again! Ever. Wasn’t even offered a refund! What a joke.
