Cousins Subs

Made a call in, got there and paid for the order. But I waited 30 minutes more to only be told my order wasn’t even ready. Asked for the manager and the she told me she doesn’t see my order. At this moment I had to show her the receipt. Told her it was very disheartening that I waited so long for a half turkey subs. She preceded to give me a free sub coupon but the damage was already done. No longer coming back due to awful service.

We have given this location SO many chances, but after today's experience I don't plan on coming back. I've ordered a chicken bacon cheddar sub numerous times, but this is the first I've received one where the meat was....pulverized? There wasn't a single decent "chunk" of chicken in my entire 7" sandwich. Just clumps of tiny meat pieces. I tried to eat it but had to toss it half-way through. Very unappetizing. My husband got a cheese steak and his wasn't much better. The fries and curds are good if you're able to get them hot, but that's about all I can recommend from this location.

Nice local sub shop chain. This particular restaurant was clean, & in very good condition. The associates were nice , professional, & courteous. I visit Cousin's anytime I visit the area, (from SC).

I ordered a BLT, I ask for a BLT with no tomatoes and extra bacon. I didn’t know they would just add bacon. Is it really hard to listen to what I’m saying? I thought it was going to be lettuce,mayo,and bacon. Fr guys like cmon.
