Country Pizza& Restaurant

It has been years since we have eaten here, but for a local old school pizzeria and restaurant it was great. Pizza is greek style so thick crust. Crust is brown and almost flaky. Not NY of NH style but really good. Chicken piccata with angel hair was delicious. Chicken was okay but the sauce mixed in with the angel hair was decadent. Bread is typical Italian bread but they toast it and add a little butter before its served, takes an ordinary piece of bread to the next level.

First place we have tried since moving to town a couple of days ago. Disappointed in slice for failing to pick up the order and we ended up having to pick up our own delivery. Country Pizza kept our food warm and just as we were about to arrive so did the delivery guy. Food was delicious and we love everything!!

Pizza was awesome and delicious. The garlic cheesebread was also awesome, with a very good marinara. This was an impromptu stop as we were hungry on the way home from a road trip. Couldn't have picked a better little Italian restaurant!

Delicious food, large portions in a friendly, family setting. The pizza is so good! Plenty of tasty toppings, hot, with the perfect base and a crispy bottom. If you order an entree, it's big enough for 2 people and comes with salad and a side of pasta. I always look forward to stopping in here.

I am so very sad to write this review. My family and I have been coming to this pizza place for over 20 years. We have had birthday parties when I was a kid, family gatherings and endless take out on the weekends all from here. The waitresses know me by name when I come in. Tonight we ordered 3 pizzas and 2 antipastos to go. Got all the way home and 2/3 pizzas were way overcooked/ burned. We called and they said to get our money back we had to bring the pizzas back. Fine. Drove back 30 minutes and walked into the lions den. The owner came out looking for a verbal fight. The owner raised his voice, waived his finger in my face insisting that the pizzas were not burned and that is just how it is. Owner took the pizzas we brought back and shoved them in my face pointing saying its not burned.
