I was really disappointed with this Costco. I made a special trip to Costco to order a personalized cake. Well I go to pick it up and they told me they lost my order and had no cake for me. They offered me a plain white sheet cake. So I paid for the cake and then I had to go to a different store to buy supplies to decorate my cake. So I ended up having to pay way more for a cake and decorations because the bakery lost my order. It was a very disappointing day!!! And an even more disappointing birthday!!
