Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill

Overpriced and stingy portions. Why is the steak an extra $2.75 when it looks like Arby’s meat. The employee who helped me was great and wanted to see if they had other steak to use but Christopher, who I believe is a manager, said no and to use the burnt, old steak. Disappointing and annoying.

Kent took such great care of us, he made sure that we left happy, and gave us the impression that he really cares about his job and made us feel important. We really appreciate his great customer service. Working in customer service for 20+ years, I would definitely recommend this young man for management. Thank you for taking care of us and going out of your way Kent:)

Spouse picked up the order. Large grilled chicken salad. The salad was decent. Not much chicken but overall a good. I generally order double rice and no beans then pour a half of a can of my own black beans that are rinsed when I get home. UPDATE 2/06/25 We did curbside pickup last night. The process was pretty simple and handled well by Costa Vida employees. I got a large salad with a flour shell and sweet pork. Did the containers get smaller or did the shells get bigger? (See pic) That aside this salad was excellent. Sweet pork was delicious and the salad had a reasonable amount. I give this salad a 5. The spouse had a sweet pork enchilada. Updated 12/21/25. Still great food. Good staff. Prices are reasonable, although the portioning of food is somewhat random. The menu prices have been updated to be accurate. Also, the rewards system was a total wreck, but it seems to be working now, even if it is not the easiest to work with.

Was not overly impressed. The food definitely didn't look fresh. Like it had been sitting for awhile. Hence running it under an oven to reheat. There are other fast food chains with the same concept. None using the roller grill to reheat the bowl. The tortillas were freshly made.
