I had the most lovely experience today! I had never dined there before, but had been picking up food from the establishment frequently to DoorDash to people. It always looks so clean and the staff always has the meals prepared on time to pick up - and were very welcoming so I decided I should try it for myself. I’m so glad I did. I was shown the very same kindness that I have received in the past. Pleasantly surprised by homemade salsa and warm, colorful tortilla chips on the house while I looked at the enormous menu of options. I selected their giant burrito, which, you can see by the size is exactly what it says, it was enormous. I opted for steak, which was very tender and loaded with rice and beans sautéed onions and peppers and tomatoes- drizzled with queso on lettuce. I asked for

While the presentation of the food was nice I did not love the sauce that was on the dish we ordered. The dish was Pina Costena. It was served in half of a pineapple listed under chef specials. Fresh pineapple, shrimp, steak & chicken. Barely any pineapple and what was in there was diced very tiny, only four shrimp in the whole dish which were on a skewer. The server was nice however he did not understand us do to the language barrier. I wish I spoke better Spanish to be able to speak Spanish to him. The menu states the dish we chose came with a drink. I asked him about non alcoholic drinks maybe like a frozen berry mocktail. He just told me he had beer and wine available. One of the reasons we were trying this place out was bc of the drinks we had seen online and on socials that looked go

If you're looking for good food, huge portions and a laid back atmosphere this place is great. My wife had the beef chimichangas and I had the arroz con pollo. Both were delicious and VERY large portions. The white cheese dip was what you'd expect, but also only $6! for a large bowl. The salsa was delicious, not just pureed tomatoes like some other restaurants. Wife said she "could drink the salsa." We're visiting from out of town, but would eat here often if we were local. Definitely recommend.

Costa Grande is a fantastic restaurant sitting right outside of Auburn. I have been several times, and I always have a great dining experience. I tend to be someone who gets the same food once they find something they like, and time after time it's consistently delicious. Hot, fresh and always hits the spot. Beyond the food, the restaurant itself is clean, warm, and cozy. Several booths and larger tables to accommodate groups. What really makes Costa worthwhile are the employees. They have long term employees who truly know what they are doing, and it shows. Food service is a difficult, fast paced environment, but they are always right on top of things. Friendly, fast, and accurate service and I couldn't be more appreciative to have it in our community.

This place is located in the big lots plaza. The interior is pretty big and has painted wall murals on several walls. I ordered the fajitas grande it has beef , shrimp and chicken in it. It came with beans and rice and guacamole salad . I enjoyed my fajitas. They weren't overly seasoned which was nice. However I did think it could have used a bit more seasoning than what it had. My company ordered the carne asada. It came with beans and rice and some kinda sauce on the side.He said that it was pretty good and would order it again. They bring complimentary tortilla chips and salsa to your table when you arrive. I wanted to order a margarita however they aren't serving alcohol yet. They have a bar area when you first walk in. However it wasn't set up or stocked yet. Not sure if they are wait
