Sadly, I only liked the Consome and the Guacamole😒. The Chicharron de Catan (Gar Nuggets), was nicely plated, but unappetizing as soon as i took my 1st bite. I know Catan is a bit tougher than fish, but I was not expecting for the thick membrane to be intact and throughout each bite. I could only stomach one gar nugget, and proceeded to eat the dry rice with my Consome. My mom's Aguacate Relleno: the shrimp was too soft for my preference for shrimp salad (stuffed in an 🥑). My Dad's plate was fine. He had the Mojo de Ajo👌
