Corner Pizza & Subs

Solid food, great prices too. The Brooklyn style pizza had great crust, we thoroughly enjoyed it and agreed it was some of best pizza we have had out in a while! The fries were hot and crunchy. Got the chicken souvlaki sandwich and it was delicious as well.

On a recommendation we decided to try Corner Pizza and subs. We never had a Brooklyn Pie so we tried one and a Corner Supreme Pizza. Both looked undercooked but it is just the appearance of the dough. They were baked to near perfection. The Brooklyn Pie was on the salty side, likely due to the cheese. The Supreme was excellent. The four stars is due to the cost of the Corner Supreme and the fact that we aren't fans of the Brooklyn Pie. I do highly recommend Corner Pizza and we will be back to order the Corner Supreme again.

The sandwiches are excellent. They're simple, but they're a great value and the ingredients are good. The bread is basic, but good. It's not 'fancy' like you'll find at Jersey Mike's or Panera Bread with their many bread options. You just get a basic roll. But sometimes basic is better than fancy, and this is one of those times. I like their sandwiches more than those from the nearby chain sandwich shops. The pizza is good, too. But I am a repeat customer because of their sandwiches. I haven't tried their wings yet. I'll probably do that eventually. Some of the good cafes around with good sandwiches close really early (Gardenia's Cafe, Ann's Cafe), but this place doesn't close super early, so it's the best spot around for a sandwich in the evening.

The food was outstanding. fresh, flavorful, and perfectly presented. Every dish came out hot and tasted even better than it looked. You can really tell they care about quality and consistency. The portions were generous, and everything felt worth every dollar.

Casual takeout spot with great subs. They do have several tables as well if you prefer. It’s very clean Staff is very friendly and polite! I try to come here anytime I’m in the area.
