Cornbread Maplewood

Absolutely fantastic chicken, and amazingly, terrific, friendly service. Thank you hostess Sydney for taking care of our group with courtesy, promptness and even elegance! We were all made to feel like pampered VIP guests. The side dishes were all perfect—we sampled I think 8 different ones—and we loved each one of them! We will definitely be back very soon 🥰

Great first time experience! At the first walk-in the staff greeted us with smiles! That definitely tells me that this establishment loves anyone who walks through their doors, kudos to the staff and management. The fried chicken and sides were very good! My son doesn’t often finished his food but at this restaurant he did. My daughter said this restaurant deserves 1000x1000 stars, lol, she’s only 5. My wife was also happy with her food. If you haven’t visited, what are you waiting for? I will certainly be back to try other items and sides. Thank you so much for welcoming us!

We are from Baltimore and we decided to try Cornbread and the food was so good. When we started eating all you can hear is the TV and gums smacking the entire time. I tried the 2 piece cat fish with 2 sides. The cat fish was cooked to perfection and seasoned very well. I also had the Mac and cheese was OK it need more seasoning threw out it but it was very good. I also tried the fried chicken was probably the fried chicken I ever had it’s really a chef kiss. I did have a sample of the ribs and the oxtails at my time there and I can say the presentation for the ribs was excellent but for me the ribs were alittle bit over cooked. With this new generation with the new tenderism the oxtails wasn’t that they were cold but good size and alittle bit over price. At my time at Cornbread was a reall

I was in the mood for soul food with some friends of mine and we all went out to eat here. The ribs were DELICIOUS. The potato salad was good. And the Mac and cheese was very very good. Nice toasted top and tasty bottom.

2nd time visiting and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and staff extremely friendly. Last visit we had the catfish and it was delicious. This visit we had the ribs and fried chicken and it was very good as well. We will definitely be back!!
