Corky Que BBQ

Placed a order for my work for the first time in a recommendation from someone. Out of 12 individual orders they forgot one and two looked like they had been flipped upside down in their containers. They did bring two new orders and refunded money for order they forgot but that does little good when you have a set time to eat. My personal order was beef brisket which was loaded with fat. Baked beans which tasted like someone dumped cinnamon in them. Potato salad that was supposed to be coke slaw. Potato salad tasted like something you would find in a grocery store. Bland. Almost everyone complained about pork and beef being to fatty and baked beans to spicy. Wouldn’t recommend. Old canal smokehouse is more expensive but 10X better.

Took a road trip to this joint. It's food out of a trailer with a couple of picnic tables next to it. Start off with the sides which were few and far between, coleslaw from GFS, Corky beans which had big chunks of brisket but no flavor. This is a big miss for them as using good brisket was a waste. Pulled pork had very little flavor and now the good news. The brisket which was very moist and flavorful. Maybe a little too much fat but it was super tasty. I got it as a sampler platter, they give you a bigger portion of the meat of your choice. From what they said this location has been there around 5 years but they also do fairs. Pricing was fair for the amount of food provided.

We got soggy buns on our BBQ pork sandwiches. The BBQ sauce was not very good. The fries were not done at all. They were almost raw. The potato salad and baked beans did not taste right either. I was surprised. It was good the last time we ate there.

Bourbon chicken here is non existent honestly. Grilled chicken with random store bought sauce out of a bottle on it!

When they do Miller’s swap meet . The breakfast sandwiches are the BEST !!
