This was my first visit to CoreLife Eatery and it seemed appropriate coming from Green Planet. I was looking for something to hold me over to dinner and avoiding fast food. I pulled up their online menu and found the tacos are just the right size. Many taco options, I went with the buffalo. I ordered online using Apple Pay (for the first time lol) and wait time was 20-25 minutes. It was not busy so that was a little surprising. They are using Grub Hub app when you order online, maybe that effects the wait time. I stopped back to pick up almost an hour later. It was in the pick up section that you can grab and go. Unfortunately not hit because I got side tracked due to unexpected wait. I loved the trendy ambiance and signage Indicating fresh, scratch, clean eating, and gluten free option
This was surprisingly good! I am skeptical when some promotes food as healthy, lean, vegan.. I equate that to.. yucky.. not saying that's fair.. But this place was really good! Seriously large quantities ( turned into 2 meals for me..) it was crunchy, satisfying, tasty! I got the Spicy Thai Chicken. Recommend!
On my first visit to this restaurant, I ordered the Buffalo Southwest Chicken Bowl with ranch dressing. On the positive side, the warm purple rice, black beans, and corn on the bottom of the bottom of the bowl were good. However, the small firm cubes of chicken we're covered with a bland buffalo sauce, and the ranch dressing added little flavor to the dish. The halved cherry tomatoes were mixed, some were ripe with a slight sweetness but most were hard and underripe. I couldn't figure out why the dish included green salsa. It didn't seem to pair with any component of the bowl. Overall, the meal was only okay. My wife ordered a build-your-own salad bowl with tofu as the protein and two dressings. After finishing our meal, we went back to look over the assembly line and noted that the steak
I had a very uncomfortable experience at this restaurant and will not be returning. I believe I was treated differently and unfairly, and the way the situation was handled made me feel disrespected and unwelcome. From the moment I arrived, the service toward me was noticeably different compared to other guests. I was ignored, spoken to dismissively, and my concerns were not taken seriously. When I attempted to address the issue, staff showed little interest in resolving it and offered no apology or accountability. No customer should ever feel singled out or discriminated against while simply trying to enjoy a meal. This experience was disappointing and upsetting, and I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training to ensure all guests are treated with respect and fair
I’ve been working with a personal trainer and following a strict diet — I’ve lost 65 pounds in the past four months. My trainer recommended CoreLife Eatery as a good place to grab a healthy lunch and even suggested asking for a specific amount of protein to stay on track. Everything was fine until I asked for 8 ounces of chicken. The staff member rolled her eyes, snapped at me, and loudly made a point to the rest of the staff that I wanted a specific amount. From that moment on, everyone treated me with sarcasm as if I had asked for something unreasonable. I’ve since noticed other reviews mentioning the same issue at the Camillus/Fairmount location — it seems to be run by a group of young employees who have very little respect for customers. I won’t be returning to this location, and I
