Charlee's Ice Cream

Huge thank you to Kristin and her wonderful team for hosting my daughter’s birthday party! Everyone was so kind, patient, and helpful, and all the kids had an amazing time. We had 15 young kids today a little bit chaotic but the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything was so well organized. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate—highly recommend!

I placed a large order for mini icecream cups for a halloween birthday party. I had specific requests (needed to look like the Reeses picture on the site, vanilla and swirl, and a couple halloween theme plain ones) They nailed it! the halloween theme ones were absolutely the cutest too. The ordering process was super easy on the website and my husband was able to walk in and grab them. Everyone wanted to know where we got them from because they looked so great, tasted fresh, and no freezer burn. I can't thank them enough for making this so seamless and perfect.

Charlie's Ice Cream offers different classes. We got tickets to decorate your own lucky charms ice cream cake. We had fun. It was pretty easy to do .It was a nice treat to bring home. Everything tasted really good. Will back again sometime to try some ice cream.

The customer service is terrible. I came in with one of my individuals with an intellectual disability. First the two women looked at us and kept talking to each other then finally came to take our order and she can clearly see my individual was getting agitated and when he finally decided what he wanted she tells us there is a birthday party going on so we have to take it to go. Mind you it was a little cold and a little rainy out and there was no way we could take it to go. Next time when there is a party going on let your customers know before we order that we can't stay to eat our ice cream. Communication goes a long way and could have prevented a 1 star review although I would give it a negative if it was possible.

Great ice cream place all around. We love the gluten-free options and the homemade sprinkles. My wife loves their hard ice cream options. Their soft serve is good quality. I can be a bit of an ice cream snob at times. Occasionally, their soft serve texture can be a small bit off for me. It seems to vary based on their cleaning schedule for the machines. Sometimes their soft serve has less smooth texture when some of the fat separates. It leaves my mouth with a residue of milk fat. I've gone 2-3 days later when the obviously cleaned the machines and their soft serve is A++. It's something I notice from working at an ice cream store in the past, by my family never really notices. I'd say 9/10 wouldn't notice.
