Best shakes! Jay is very helpful with what to order and gives good recommendations on what to try based on your goals! He is also a personal trainer so has first-hand experience with training and fitness which is a plus. Overall, my boyfriend and I really like coming here after our workouts for the delicious shakes and energy teas!

Stopped by on a whim and now it’s one of my favorite spots in town! It’s such a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was so friendly to each other while hanging out,sipping their drinks. We ordered the Banana Cream Pie and Orange Berry Quench. We can’t wait to try more of the menu! Jay is so fun to chat with, he is also very knowledgeable about nutrition and fitness.

We were on our way to grab some donuts when we stumbled in to Core Nutrition..ended up much happier and fuller than any donut run could’ve made us. It’s now a favorite spot! The smoothies and shakes are made with simple, delicious ingredients and surprisingly healthy. I tried the Reese smoothie and felt full but energized—not sleepy or heavy—perfect for some post-visit yoga. The green smoothie was light, fruity, and equally satisfying. At $18 for two with tip, it’s a steal compared to pricier meals that leave me less full. The cashless payment and rewards system via phone was seamless. The modern, chill atmosphere and great location with lots nearby make it a gem. Reagan recommended it—great call! Definitely returning.

Stopped by while running around to do quotes. Employee recommended a brownie bater meal replacement shake that had vitamins, protein, etc. It was absolutely fantastic and much better than a cheeseburger or something unhealthy! Very happy I stopped by just wish I lived closer!
