Cops & Doughnuts Jay's Precinct

I visited this donut shop recently, and although my order was initially wrong, they quickly corrected it and gave me the right donut without any hassle. I went later in the morning, and while the service was efficient, the workers didn’t seem very happy to be there, which dampened the atmosphere a bit. I understand there was a line out the door the entire time I was there, but the employees were lacking in customer service. That said, they had a great variety of donuts and sweet treats, plus plenty of merchandise for sale.

Awesome staff, exceptionally friendly. The doughnuts were great and plentiful. Front areas were clean as were the restrooms. Can’t say enough good things, careful if you are diabetic though!

5 stars across the board! I did not realize this location existed until I was on my way to Mackinaw City with my daughter and grandson. They had never been to a Cops and Doughnuts location! Well of course I had to introduce them to a line of doughnuts that should be a crime all in themselves! You definitely have some new customers! They loved them so much that we had to stop on our way back through to get some to take home! The cherry blossoms and the chocolate iced long johns are the best! Oh! Did I mention the staff? The staff was super amazing and they had fresh coffee!! Thank you for adding a sweet addition to our small getaway vacation! We will be back!!!

Got an eclair with chocolate custard and a coffee . Amazing both items . Highly recommended !!!
