I stopped into Cops & Donuts looking for a simple treat — a cookie for him, a donut for me — and it delivered exactly what we hoped for. First time being there. Even for being early afternoon, still had a good selection of doughnuts available Purchased a dozen donuts, to take back to Corewell Health in Grand Rapids, plus got a few for on the drive back.

I don't eat out much anymore due to ingredients. But wanted to try this place for a while. I needed a something sweet kind of day... thought I'd try something I don't really eat anymore.. I told the clerk I never been here before. She didnt respond with anything which was disappointing. She had a ok attitude but didnt offer anything to a new customer I use to be a manager to a restaurant maybe I'm picky I'm not sure I asked her the price of a cake donut.. she didnt know. She pointed to the yeast donut but I wanted to try the cake.. I wanted chocolate Nothing really screamed.. "you have to try this" The clerk was zero help selling me on anything, she just didnt bother trying, being sociable or anything. That's the era we are in now unfortunately. Second time to this place after a neighbor showed us this place. That day, we received donuts for $1.00 for happy hour. This Army veteran, new to Mount pleasant from NC, was crazy enough to go to Dunkin Donuts and paid $14.00 for half a dozen shrunked donuts😡. NEVER again!!! COPS AND DONUTS YOU HAVE EARNED MY RESPECT AND BUSINESS FROM THIS POINT FORWARD!!! THIS ARMY veteran is super happy. Thank you for your great, huge tasting donuts.👍👍👍A+++

We stopped by here yesterday. Excellent customer service. She was wonderful. My dad loved the vanilla iced long johns which is the highest praise anyone could get. Thanks again. We will return.
