Copper Mountain Coffee

I went through today around 11am. The girls working are an absolute delight. They are so kind, funny and made my day. Bonus points my raspberry sulk coffe is delicious! These girls bring such a fun vibe and experience to start my day.

Disappointing experience this morning. There was a truck that appeared like it might be in line, but there was also space to pull up to the window. I waited a few seconds and since they didn’t move forward, I assumed they weren’t in line and went up to order. After I received my coffee and food, the barista told me the person behind me had paid for my order because I “cut them off.” She smirked and laughed while saying it, even though she didn’t know what actually happened. It felt rude and unnecessary and made the whole interaction uncomfortable.

Such a great start to my day! I wanted to give kudos to your employee Emery. Everytime she takes my order she is so genuine and bubbly to talk to and also very thorough when taking my order. This girl deserves a raise!!!

Traveling from California to visit the Glacier National Park here in Montana. My daughter was craving some coffee so we came here to try Montana coffee. I was very impressed with the customer service she was very nice and friendly. I just wish the girl had another person to help her with the work load. The coffee was the bomb great taste and very refreshing. I'll be coming back before I leave Montana 😊☕

I go to various locations in the Flathead area and this one is our least favorite. Which is a bummer because it’s the closest to home. But The staff always seem irritated, bothered and overall just not very welcoming. All I got was a barely a hi and handed the card reader… why would I even tip?
