Ranger Joe's Pizza - Columbia Falls, MT

Unbelievable pizza. Huge portions, competitive prices. The GOAT. An elite pre hike meal and the best pizza in the area. The Detroit style pizzas were particularly impressive. Just come here and avoid other less deserving places. Also the left overs taste great at the Granite Park Chalet half way through Highline.

Usually I love Ranger Joe's but I've only had the pizza from the kalispell (original) location and tonight I went to C Falls because they were running a really good discount. However, the pizza I got tonight was very burnt and disappointing. I guess I know now why they have to run specials in C Falls only. I would not order from this location again.

Great pizza place right beside the mini golf course, it seems to have recently opened. The pizza and cheese sticks were phenomenal with a great buttery crust and savory spices. Whether you’re local or just passing through it is hands down the place to go if you’re craving pizza. Only things that could use some work is the seating and serving the food. The inside is very tight not leaving much room to move around and when your food is ready they call it for you to pickup at the counter, which is awkward squeezing through the tables and order line to go get pans of pizza rather than it being delivered to your table by a server, also outdoor seating is available but limited to a few tables and wooden picnic tables. Nevertheless it’s delicious food and perhaps with time they’ll get the table

Columbia Falls location is where the mini golf place is. Great location of you have kids. There were cornhole boards outside also as well as front and back outside seating. The inside is small with tables that can fit a larger group, but it's cramped and can be very loud. We ordered the going to the sun combo. $27 for 16". I liked the thinner crust and toppings, but not the red sauce because it was on the sweeter side which I felt, didn't compliment the overall taste. If you like ranch with your pizza, all they have is a small container of Ken's ranch for $1 which I found odd. Yes, it's convenient, but Montanans are proud of their homemade ranch and by serving a pre-made ranch, it made my slice even more undesirable. What's better than a honey bear pizza from Ranger Joe's? Nothing. Ranger Joe, are you kidding me? This location blew my mind. Mini golf?! Hell yeah. This place is like an oasis along Highway 40. Unbelievable. To add to my state if awe... I don't have to go to South Kalispell to indulge in your awesomeness... What's next? Drone delivered pies? Pizza teleportation? Can't wait to see what you do next. Thank you for doing it right my man.
