CoolYo (Frozen Yogurt | Bubble Tea | Superfood Smoothies | Coffees)

Lovely place with a variety of flavors and toppings! They have both soft serve ice cream and froyo, as well as dairy free options. The toppings are standard, but there are also cute dispensers that don't work very well... There are different promotions daily, and when we went we were greeted by Santa and a $1 off coupon. The overall atmosphere is nice and cozy, with booths and high tables. The only complaint I would have is that there seems to be no listed price for the froyo-- I didn't know the general scope of how much I would need to pay until after I was told my final price by the cashier. Overall, a pretty nice place, would recommend especially to university of Oakland students, who can get 10% when visiting.

Super cute place, that we discovered today with my son. He had yogurt, we both tried bubble teas, and I had savory Crapes! Very friendly and helpful owner. Will be back!

The worker unlocked the door and made me a smoothie even though I came in 5 minutes before closing. She was extremely kind and the smoothie was lovely, highly recommend this place:)

Nice atmosphere! Highly disappointed in bubble tea, willing to give the ice cream/frozen yogurt a try one day. I don't recommend bubble tea at all especially for the price, $17 for just two bubble tea!

The lady working there is always on her phone. Not the first time I’ve been here but every single time I have been here the worker is ALWAY on their phone regardless if there is a customer there or not. Doesn’t acknowledge the customer even when checking them out. Only talks to the person on their phone and not the customer. If you expect good customer service then look somewhere else.
