Cooler Gaskets

I originally ordered the sample ring, which was very helpful. Then I worked with John to properly measure and order the gaskets I needed. The service provided form John was great and the gasket was a perfect fit. Will be working with them again soon. Thank you!

They were behind on schedule but expedited my order to ensure we could get our install done on time. Couldn't ask for anything more.

This company does not conduct business well if simply asking the salesperson about order status gets received by threatening to cancel my order in return. Paula, the salesperson in question, was terrible to work with and hostile in tone. She threatened to cancel my order over simply asking about status so that I know when I could expect my new gaskets. If you are looking for refrigeration gaskets, please take your business elsewhere as Amazon and several other vendors are significantly better. That is what I ended up doing.

These guys are shady, listing gaskets that are not even close to being right for my model fridge, just to make the sale. I order two sets of gaskets for some True TM52 refrigerators and the gaskets received are so far out of spec compared to the originals, that I have huge gaps all around the seal area. I chatted with a CSR and he said too bad, cause they are already out of warranty, even though I just got around to try installing them. Buyer beware, make sure you measure and double check, cause they will just sell you whatever gasket they have, that might be "good enough" to fit, but not properly seal.

Great Great customer service. Ordered custom gaskets and cutting board and even richlite cutting boards and got them in my possession within 2-4 business days. Now that is fast for custom items. They were perfect and all wrapped up nicely for protection. I will defiantly order from them again! Keep up the good work Cooler Gaskets!
