I had previously ordered from Cookies by Shar and was very happy, so I decided to use them again for my engagement party this Saturday. Unfortunately, while two of the sets came out beautifully, one set was completely unacceptable—sloppy, messy, and especially the gold detailing looked like something I could have made myself. I contacted them immediately and gave them plenty of time to make it right, hoping they would remake the 12 cookies I still needed for my guests. Instead, I was only offered a refund. While I accepted, that didn’t solve the issue—I still don’t have the cookies I needed for my party. We ordered cookies for our holiday celebration at work (Christmas and Hannukah) both regular and decorated. Everyone loved them and it added such a nice nostalgic element. Everything arrived on-time and in perfect condition.
