Can’t say enough positive things about Cookies by Ray. My friends, family and I love them so much I’ve purchased them as gifts and even had her make a cookie cake for my wedding! She has the smoothest online order and porch pickup process. The quality can’t be beat and best of all, you can tell she genuinely loves what she does so it always feels great supporting her! You won’t regret it.

Cookies by Ray will change your life. Christmas Tree Cake cookie? You might think Lil Debbie is the best to ever do it but that’s only because you haven’t tried one of these bad boys yet. Texture, taste, balance of flavor - perfection. I’ve never met a cookie by Ray that I didn’t like.

Excellent cookies in generous proportions at a reasonable price. I highly question the ONE negative review, as perhaps this customer consumed a large quantity of intoxicants the three times they tried /bought/stole cookies (why three if you didn't like them the first time?), or perhaps a competing but less successful baker. Maybe if Mrs Fields builds a store in Longmeadow, I'm sure it'll be close you, Jane, and you can hang out there and complain how all of us in the rest of Western MA have no taste buds.

*Update* The owner chose to call out my review and repeatedly belittle me on her social media. I don’t think she could comprehend that anyone could give a honest review that wasn’t overwhelming praise. Embarrassing. Purchased cookies multiple times, paying CASH. Genuinely the worst cookies I have ever eaten, and we even gave them a few tries, especially after all the rave reviews. Unfortunately, the massive size of these rock hard cookie bricks don’t make up for their complete lack of flavor. There is something seriously wrong with the ratio of flour in her recipes, as that is exactly what every single flavor tasted like…cooked flour. Bewildered by the positive reviews.
