Cook Shack on 7th

My wife and I tried this for the first time just recently and we were very pleased with the food we got. I had to tri tip sandwich in my wife had the patty melt and they were delicious. The service was amazing. The second time we tried it to go order we weren't so happy. I got the chicken Tenders and my wife had the Fish and Chips, the chicken tenders really were just like I bought them from a frozen section of a grocery store. The fish was good, Not as good as what she expected. Since we had such a great meal our first time there. We will be making this part of our go to places.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in Idaho!!! me and my husband were just traveling through. We ordered a NY strip steak meal and it exceeded our expectations the steak was so tender, juicy and flavorful. Deb’s brownies are homemade and also very tasty!! The owners and employees are so sweet and attentive and the atmosphere is very warm and friendly. This place is definitely worth checking out if your near the area

It's layed back and talkative atmosphere. Tables were talking across tables with eachother. Owners started dinner for us 45 minutes early. Home made soup delicious. Dinner portions were large. I forgot to take a Pic of my dinner because I just dug in! Huge Chicken fried stake with perfect tasty crust. Thick grave stuck to each perfect bite. Baked potato not microwaved. Thanks for the nice time. I'm looking forward to a Friday night there...Prime Rib I hear. 😋

We thoroughly enjoyed our Friday night, date night dinner of smoked prime rib. Delicious. They were very accommodating of our keto diet preferences. I'm eager to return and try other menu items.
