Cook Out

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!! My favorite place to eat is cook out and this made me not want to go back for a while. Not only did I find a dead fly in one of my burgers, I took all 3 trays back untouched, showed them the picture and all. They took the trays back and the manager took one tray out and tried to cheat me out my money saying I had the other one just to give me less then what I paid (right plan WRONG PERSON, WAS NOT GOING FOR IT). The manager (some young guy) also came and said he didn’t see a fly after other employees witnessed the fly on the picture I showed and opened the burger and saw it. This place is DISGUSTINGLY DISGUSTING!!!

Please make sure to request they put something between your overly fried hushpuppies and the styrofiam container! They didnt for mine and it was pretty baddly melted....not safe by any means! Now I know better than to blindly trust they will be considerate to people's health!

They get my order wrong everytime all my order is is a double bacon cheeseburger no mayo and no onion And French fries and hush puppies but some how when you order a bacon cheeseburger they don’t know how put bacon on Fing burger

This Cookout was terrible. Don’t waste your money here. They overcooked my food and tried to scam me out of my money when I asked for a refund. I’ll never be back to this location.

Bought three burgers and three large fries. The burgers were a sloppy mess with no substance. Small enough to be on a McDonald's dollar menu. Each and every topping costs extra. My burgers with cheese and bacon? That was it. No mustard. No ketchup. Just a dry burger with cheese and half cooked bacon. The "large" fries? A McDonald's small is bigger... Cost? $27 Thankfully it tasted okay. No idea why people were raving about this place. Won't be back.
