Cook Out

This was amazing food. Reminded me of Portillos in Chicago except that they also have chicken options and no shredded beef. Loved the quick turn around and atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Cook Out in Richmond, KY is clutch! I got the tray with 2 chicken quesadillas, Cajun fries, and cheese curds—so good and super filling. You seriously can’t beat the price. I fed my whole family of 4 (including two always-hungry teens) for under $35. Great food, fast service, and awesome value. We’ll definitely be back!

OMG you guys!! These are hands-down the BEST chicken nuggets I’ve ever had, way better than Chick-fil-A! 🔥🍗 The burger? Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, no dryness here! 🍔 And don’t even get me started on the shakes… next-level creamy and delicious! 🥤✨ Plus, the staff is super friendly and made the whole experience even better. I’ve been to Cook Out plenty of times, so this isn’t a one-off visit, but this stop really summed up the “hit or miss” experience. First thing that stood out was the drink. The cup was filled with an excessive amount of ice — easily 90–95% ice — to the point where you’re basically getting a few sips of actual drink. I even watched them load it up, so it definitely didn’t feel accidental. I get wanting cold drinks, but there’s a difference between ice and taking advantage of customers. Customer service itself was actually good. The staff was polite, efficient, and the line moved at a decent pace, which I do appreciate. That said, accuracy was an issue. My hot dog came out without mustard, which I ordered, and instead had some kind of unknown white sauce on it. I’m not sure if it was mayo o

This is the best restaurant you can go to for fresh meat and fresh chicken. The food is really clean and delicious, and the vegetables are also clean and fresh. I highly, highly recommend it. It’s one of the best fast-food places I’ve ever tasted.
