Cook Out

Ok let's start by saying it was a rough afternoon. UPS returns was down, the restaurant we wanted to try was closed and was another 30 minute drive to a UPS return. Ok I told my wife its all good. We ended up at the Cook Out restaurant. The restaurant is always kept clean. The restrooms were clean. The was perfect along with great customer service. The Gal that took our order had amazing customer service. I had the privilege meeting Kolby who was the manager. Now I see where the great customer service comes from. We decided to try this place tonight and it was a good experience. We both had the burger and it was pretty good. We didn’t realize the use a cheese sauce and didn’t love that. The fries and onion rings were ok, nothing special. The cheese bites were delicious. And the milkshakes were very good! The prices were really good and that’s what saved the experience for us. If it had been more expensive I would be disappointed.

Visited this place last weekend with some friends, and overall it was a decent experience. The menu had a good variety of options, and I ended up trying their grilled chicken sandwich which was cooked well and seasoned nicely. The service was friendly, though it took a little longer than expected to get our food. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable, a nice spot to hang out without feeling rushed. Prices seemed fair for the portion sizes. Would probably come back if I’m in the area again, mainly for the relaxed vibe and decent food.

Food was good and the prices were too. Service, I don’t know. It was strange how they didn’t ask what can I get for you. Just a blank stare.

The staff is friendly and service is fast. The food is always good and my family likes to eat when it's an easy family night. Little children love the food and it's worth it. I'd recommend this to anyone.
