Cook Out

Cook Out has always been a childhood favorite of mine, and since I don’t have easy access to one, I was genuinely excited to stop by. The food definitely satisfied the nostalgia I was craving. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match that experience. The young lady at the window seemed rushed and eager to move everyone along, which came across as dismissive. I also had to circle back and go inside because items were missing from my order. Ofc when opportunities rise, ill still visit ill just skip this location and hope for better service else were.

Cook Out: Looking for food that tastes like it just came off the grill in the backyard?! Then Cook Out is the place for you. Seriously good back yard grill taste at very fair prices. My personal go to is the Cajun Chicken sandwich and I tend to mix up the sides each time because there are so many to choose from and they are all so good. Whenever I’m visiting an area with a Cook Out, if I need a quick food fix, I go out of my way to visit.

Customer service was horrible!! The mixed brown skin dude with the wavy/curly medium length hair has horrible customer service with an attitude problem. STRIKE 1 when I got to the speaker I waited 3 minutes without being greeted. Not a "hello", "just a minute" or anything . I finally said "hello" and was told "go ahead". While placing my order he messed up what I ordered because he had a rushy attitude. Mind you this place wasn't busy at all . Only 2 other cars & me were in line. The wait was super long by the way. STRIKE 2 , when I finally got to the window I ask him to repeat my order, which he repeated back super fast cutting me off so I asked him to repeat it again because I didn't want to pay for something that I didn't order. The lady named Kaylee served me. This is very sad. Is this how you treat your customers ? Put stuff in the burgers ? I literally chocked on this. I’m pregnant. It almost took me and my baby out 😔

Worst burger I have ever had and notice the piece missing bottom R. Guess the cook had a bite before sending it out. The front staff were so uninterested and clothing was dirty- disgusting experience
