So far, so great. Stopped here for dinner, and the renovations since it was Consol’s make it much more cozy and warm feeling. If I had to compare it to other restaurants, it’s similar to Moxie Wood Fire Grill in Conklin or The Cellar in Owego. Warm, relaxed tones. Professional, competent, kind, and knowledgeable staff. And the food was outstanding. My father had a steak, which perfectly transitioned from grill marks and scattered black gristle to a super soft, pink-red center, absolutely nailing med-rare. My wife and mother had pasta, again, nailing it with toasted mozzarella and homemade pasta. Which I should add: you can either purchase normal pasta, or in-house homemade pasta, and that is a rare thing to see. Lastly, I had the chicken and cranberries, etc, and it was so tender that my

My friend and I had such an amazing meal here. I had the pork ragu with gluten free pasta and my friend had the butternut squash ravioli. We got the cheesecake and lava cake for dessert. The salads that come with the meal had the most amazing homemade dressing. The pasta dishes were cooked perfectly, and the desserts were incredible. We were checked on multiple times and hardly had a wait for our food. The vibe is cozy and comfortable. Will definitely be back!

Wow! We had a fabulous experience at the new Concordia Restaurant. Our food was outstanding and the entire staff provided excellent service. Jill, our server, did a great job! We also had a few other staff members check-in with us during our time. I ordered one of their Hot Pie Pizzas with sausage and meatball and it was delicious! Growing up, I used to come to the old Consol’s with my family and the pizza tasted just as good as I had remembered. My company also thoroughly enjoyed their entrees and salads. The indoor decor looked exceptional and vintage! I loved my experience and will definitely be coming back next time I’m in town.

We loved this place!! The food, the service, and the atmosphere were excellent. The pricing was perfect. We have eaten at a ton of local spots, and sometimes, the price isn't worth the food or drinks. However, I think this place is perfect in both ways. I love the cozy Italian atmosphere, and the food was excellent, especially for the price. The drinks were great they definitely had an excellent bar tender who knew how to make the cocktails on the menu! Our waiter (Kaleb) was excellent he was attentive and made us feel as if we were the only ones there. He also knew the menu very well and could explain the dishes if we had questions about the items on the menu. Overall, 10 out of 10 for our experience, especially for a local place. Had dinner here on a Saturday evening in their newly renovated location (originally Consols) and thoroughly enjoyed everything we got. I have been on a mission to try chicken marsala from every Italian restaurant and Concordia has been my favorite thus far. The chicken was fork tender and you could taste the freshness in all the ingredients. My partner on the other hand has been testing the chicken parm from every Italian restaurant and agrees that Concordia is the best he has had as well. Run, don't walk, to make your reservation to treat your taste buds here.
