I had been wanting to try this place since it opened so my boyfriend and I gave it a go on Thursday night. The atmosphere here is warm and inviting and the service was excellent. We had the Mussels with white wine sauce which is always a classic and the Calimari Frito with artichoke, peppers, and other veggies on top of lemon aioli was a great twist! I’ve never had it like that before and it was delicious! My boyfriend got the Veal Parm and I got the Chicken Parm. The pesto sauce on top was a nice touch. For dessert we had Cannoli and Stracciatella gelato and the Pizzelle Cannoli. The pizzelle as the shell was so crispy and delicious! The server was Vino and he did a great job attending to us. Well done! We will definitely be back, I have to say DiCotta’s is a new local favorite of mine!

My wife and I decided to try Di Cotta’s for our three-year anniversary after numerous recommendations from family and friends. As a Binghamton native, I can confidently say that Di Cotta’s offers the best fine dining experience in the area, especially for those craving authentic Italian cuisine. The cocktails were revolutionary. I enjoyed two during our reservation: the Dalle Colline and the Espresso Martini. The appetizers were simply divine. The focaccia bread was to die for, and the Caesar salad was the most fresh and flavorful I’ve ever had. The entrees were equally impressive. The chicken parmesan and salmon were seasoned to perfection, served in large portions that appeased all the senses. It was an emotional experience in the best way possible! To finish our meal, we indulged in

So happy Di Cotta’s came out strong and has landed softly. We are big fans. Taking a former blueprint and transforming to your own is never easy, and yet…that’s exactly what they have done. Their commitment to amazing- like incredibly amazing- food, excellent service and fun bevvys is so obvious. What’s good? Everything! Our favorites? The frito misto may just be the best calamari- mixed with shrimp & veggies on a lemon aioli is freaking awesome! The caesar salad with a twist, beans & greens, chicken parm with a pesto drizzle… saving the best for last? The pork chop. Ridiculous. Di Cottas? Do not miss. But leave a seat at the bar for us.

Recently had a chance to try out Di Cotta’s.we’ve been wanting to eat here for awhile since we are fans of The Kitchen Counter. They did a great job of renovating the old Antonio’s. It is warm and inviting. The staff was very friendly as well. For apps we ordered the meatballs and the buffalo milk mozzarella, which were served with a side of focaccia. Everything was delicious, and the focaccia was a favorite of ours. Our cocktails were also very good. For entrees we ordered a couple different tagliatelle dishes, the cacio e pepe and the pomodoro. The pasta was delicious, and we especially loved the pomodoro sauce. My husband also ordered the chicken parm. It was delicious and enormous, enough for at least two meals. They offer Antonio’s gelato for dessert, we ordered the tiramisu and s

Di Cotta’s is Di -licious! Had a great meal the other night. The food was all tasty and a bit different for the Broome area - it’s nice to have an Italian place with some unique options. The Caesar salad is so good, the fritto misto was crispy and yummy, and the Cacio e Pepe was a table favorite, the bread is sooo good. The menu isn’t huge but what they are doing, they are doing really well. Our server was really great and the right amount of attentive. We would absolutely return.
