I recently had an issue at work where I needed to, very urgently, get a totally unwrapped and unpackaged object from one place to another. FedEx wouldn't work because the person in possession of the item, which was left behind on a television set, did not speak English and therefore would not be able to fill out an airbill or shipping label. Frantically, I started looking for couriers on Long Island and Concord popped up. I gave them a call and the man I talked to, Alex, immediately understood the urgency of my situation and we quickly arranged plans for him to get the item where it needed to go. In the end, the operation went beautifully despite me being on the brink of a panic attack just the day before. The price, for how quickly I needed the job done, was totally reasonable ($45) and
