Columbia Gorge Crepes

These are the world’s best crepes! Their lemonade is such an amazing deal, a whole jug of fresh squeezed lemons and lavender or berries, it’s so refreshing. I love that they added ice cream bars this year too. My favorite is the chocolate dipped Peanut and Carmel bar. The staff is friendly and the food is high quality. The best food truck ever!

Columbia Gorge Crepes and Hope Ranch Lavender are the PERFECT pairing!! The crepes are very flavorful and their selection of sweet and savory crepe fillings are delicious. My favorite has berries and Nutella!

I love them...and they have it all! They have savory and sweet choices. My favorites are the turkey with spinach and the lemon curd. The crepes are huge as well! Easily shareable! The lemonade choices are served in a large size...enough to help cool down on a hot day. My favorite is the lavender which is perfect to walk around Hope Ranch Lavender as well. The new ice cream bars are delish! To top it off, staff is so friendly and helpful. Love this place!

I highly recommend The Gorge for a savory option—it’s so flavorful! And for something sweet, the Parkdale with Nutella is pure perfection. Service was fast and friendly, and the setting at Hope Ranch Lavendar was picturesque and relaxing, making the whole visit even more enjoyable. A must-try spot!
