ordered the chocolate abuelita and saw them mix coco powder with hot water. A chocolate abuelita is definitely not made that way and a mexican restaurant should know that is not the right way to make it. I got the french toast combo, the french toast was soggy and watery in the center. My companion ordered the avocado toast and her hashbrowns were bland and burned on the bottom. The toast was pretty hard aswell. Overall presentation was good but food was not. The fruit was the only good thing. Won’t come here again. 1/10
Very beautiful restaurant the dining the service and food very satisfying. Me and my family enjoyed every bit of it 😍. Will definitely be back to this cute restaurant.
This location is under new management. I was attended by the manager Mariza. She was very professional, courteous and friendly. The chilaquiles are amazing, beautiful presentation. Nice atmosphere and food came out at a decent time. My humble opinion, when food is cooked from scratch, it is worth the wait. I definitely recommend this place and will be trying different dishes.
Visited Colores Cafe for first time. Had the Chilaquiles with chorizo. Very good. They make their own bread and croissants which were delicious. They really need to talk about the fact they bake their bread and pastries. Our server Lenora was very nice and provided great service. Place was clean, nicely decorated and the music was at nice level.
We came in and were greeted like family friends, very welcoming. We tried the Chilaquiles with red sauce (green is spicier if that floats your boat) and the Denver Omelette. Each plate was $16.00. Portions were generous. 10/10 for flavor, texture, price, quantity, and authenticity. We took some ice cream to go as well, which was the cherry on top. They have it all! Don't forget to eat here if you are in the area. (on a side note, the restroom was very large and squeaky clean!)
