Collegeville/Trappe Joint Public Works Department

There was an issue processing payments that we were unaware of. Instead of calling us to get it resolved, they shut our water off on a Friday night and left us without water for an entire weekend. Called multiple times to try and fix the issue and get the water back on, but is only an answering service over the weekend. Is this illegal?

Took multiple phone calls back and forth trying to get an account setup. Each time I called they had no idea what I was calling for and I had to explain the situation every time. Any messages that I had left for those in charge were not relayed by the individual I had left messages with. Something that could have been accomplished in one afternoon took an entire week. Not only was it extremelly frustrating to get a hold of them, but a complete waste of my time
