This coffee shop tucked into a converted gas station is adorable. The space has charm, the food is solid, and the coffee is delicious—well worth the stop. It does get pretty busy in the mornings, so seating can be limited during peak hours, but if you can snag a spot (or don’t mind grabbing it to go), it’s a great little gem.

This is a great local coffee house close to MSU. It has an open and airy atmosphere that maximizes space. Service was fine but. Being the only grey beard to walk in the door. Let's just say the girl at the counter. Her smile faded away when I got to the front of the line. $4.00 for a scone. The Americano $4.25? Good but a little weak. The metal building reverberates sound so it can get a little loud when it's busy. Clean, bright and spacious, yes. I say get there early for the best experience. Neat little coffee/snack spot. The large glass windows make this the perfect place to be on a rainy day. The prices on a few drink items are a bit high for the ounces you receive.

Lovely, well-lit coffee shop built from a repurposed gas station. I love that they preserved the existing building and made a beautiful interior. I ordered an iced pistachio latte. I prefer less dairy milk so besides the foam topper, the matcha was made with almond milk. They also had an orange cranberry scone that they reheated for me. I wish I had a place like Collective nearby!
