I shipped some antique wine glasses, and Spencer did a FABULOUS job wrapping and boxing them. EVERYTHING made it safe and sound. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Spencer!

I went to return a package and was literally 10 ppl in front of me the man behind the counter Spencer was cool as a cucumber!! He was running 2 registers and very polite to everyone and got through them all in less then 13 min!! Everyone should be like him!! He needs a raise for all he did and did it effortlessly!! Thanks Spencer you rock dude!!

Went to get a document notarized and it was such an easy process. Owner did our notary and told us during store hours she always has someone on staff that can do a notary. Owner was very nice and informative.

I usually have a good experience at this location but Alexis ruined it for me. She is very RUDE she doesn't greet nor smile at the customers. Her body language says it all! She exudes displeasure in her job. She doesn't make eye contact and she doesn't make the customers feel welcome. After she helped me I watched her interaction with the other customers and it was the exact same thing! She's also very snappy and acts as if she's bothered that the customers need help. I didn't have that experience with Grace which I greatly appreciate. It was like a night and day experience. Alexis' poor attitude is bringing this place down!

Spencer is always so kind when I visit the store. He is helpful and always has a smile in his face! We could use more Spencer's in the world!
