I’ve been twice and the first time it was amazing. Kind staff good proportions then I came back 2 days later I ordered a MEDIUM cotton candy with M&M’s and gummy bears. There was only 1 gummy bear in the whole ice cream and the worker was lazy and my ice cream was done in 30 seconds. But will come back cause the ice cream is still good

Staff greets you as soon as you walk in and the signs everywhere help you understand the ordering method with size and diff options available. I got the french vanilla ice cream with chocolate and caramel sauce and cookie dough on a waffle cone size small & WOW! Sooo good. U can tell they use amazing quality ingredients💯

The service at this location is some of the worst I’ve ever had. Ana was the person serving us and she was impatient, rude, barked orders at customers and staff, and was visibility frustrated that our family, and others not even in our party, didn’t know what they wanted the moment they walked in. She even made a comment that “none of these people know what they want,”. She was also very rude to the young man working with her. Reading other reviews this is clearly a trend. This is the first 1-star review I’ve ever written. Absolutely terrible experience and not someone that should be working in a customer-facing position.

The Vanilla Lite ice cream flavour that has no added sugar was real good. Even the quantity of the scoop served was worth every penny. 10/10 would come back again

Terrible service, lady was so rude, not just to me but to the teenagers she was working with. Ice cream had random ingredients I did not ask for, such as sprinkles and chocolate chips, because the mixing counter was dirty. There were cups everywhere in the back, tons of sauce stains on the countertops. Disappointing, especially for such expensive ice cream.
