The ice cream is good, the wait times are a bit long. The ice cream melts quick and is messy, but the staff are really friendly. I used 3 gift cards and had 1 cent left and they told me to not worry about it. Nice place, would come back!

The flavor is still the same but this establishment is dirty. Specifically, this employee was caught not only by me but my spouse as well picking his nose, touching his pants and phone and then TOUCHING the waffle cones without gloves or washing his hands. He then proceeded to make a family’s order without washing his hands. Not clean like it was a few years ago.

I had a bad experience here last year, and returned today only to have the SAME experience. The workers don’t wear gloves, have their hair down in their face, no hair net, no sanitary precautions, and no customer service. The man working was on his phone and running his hands through his hair and went straight into making ice cream without washing his hands. The woman making my ice cream had her long hair all in her face and hovering over my ice cream. It’s honestly disgusting, I couldn’t even finish my small because i got so grossed out. Also, there is no bathroom available, and the store is dirty as well. Ridiculous spending 16 dollars on two smalls with this experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone and will not be going back.

Not for people with allergies at all. Sometimes I have strawberry, chocolate, even nuts in my coffee ice cream. Have to be super careful and sometimes I have reactions and sometimes I don't. Its how careful the worker is to accommodate you. If you don't want to risk it not the place for you...but that being said......... It's like a Moe's for your ice cream. The options are endless. Coldstone is on our list to go to after Lent. We gave up dessert for 40 days and where do we want to go when we can eat ice cream.. Coldstone of course! The best so far has been the blueberry muffin batter ice cream and like all good things they come to an end. Although they always have options and you can concoct many different ways to satisfy your sweet tooth. I like they have a reward system and you can get

Friendly staff, clean restroom and eating area. Selection was large but quality of food in relation to price was below average. After tip and tax, paid almost $10 for their smallest size cup of ice cream, and it was good, but not amazing.
