Cold stone creamery ice creams always so delicious 😋 It was quite busy, but the kids working there were amazing nice, polite and fast! Lots of custom options; something for everyone! 🍨

I was at your location in between I believe it was 7 PM and eight maybe even 830 and your customer service was very rude from the girl that was making our ice cream to the cashier. They got my son‘s ice cream wrong and we tried to fix it and the girl at the register act like she didn’t know what we were talking about. Makes me not want to come to the place again and I will spread the word.

Went there on the 18th of October. The staff was extremely bothered by having customers. It was obvious they didn't want to work. When asked to mix topping they did a poor job with no effort. Definitely made the whole experience of taking the family out for ice cream unpleasant.

I don’t know why I keep going back expecting the result to be different. Cold Stone Creamery you need to do some serious employee training at the Tempe Marketplace location. I hate leaving one star reviews, but c’mon, it’s impossible sometimes to get the attention of employees to place an order. The last time I was there an employee’s lunch sat on the counter. Ewwww. How hard can this be? The product is super yummy…if you can get it. Training time!

Tasty and customizable ice cream here. Cold stone never disappoints! The employees were eager to help and offer taste tests as we hadn't been in such a long time. Good experience overall for good ice cream.
