I just had the sweetest experience at this cold stone creamery location. I needed a last minute cake, and even though I arrived a few minutes after closing, they were gracious enough to open and let me buy it. It’s my 2nd time visiting the location, and every time I’ve been, they’ve had stellar customer service.
The servers are awesome. But it was too freaking hot. What it the hell is wrong with the a/c in this place and how are they making the employees work in these conditions. Corporate must need to fire the manager or the owner is not aware. It sucks in here because it’s so HOT. My ice cream is melting before I can eat it. And this man is staring at the workers and not pitching in when and the line is long!
Pretty goated spot. Ice cream was as great as expected. Place was spotless which I didn't expect at all and honestly wouldn't have been much of a problem if it wasn't it was just a nice plus. And the service was absolutely top notch. Especially Bryanna she was a joy and I hope she always the one to serve me on repeat visits cuz I absolutely will be coming back.

Best Ice Cream in the city!!! THE BEST MINT ICE CREAM I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!
