Fun outing with the kids. Very successful place. I just have never loved the thick ice cream there. I'm more of a gelato fan. But if you like the texture, then it is a great place for you to try. I was expecting the waffle bowl to have a lighter taste. The chocolate covered waffle bowl tasted like waxy chocolate to me. But don't get me wrong. The raspberry ice cream was still very yummy! We had a gift card which made the experience even nicer. lol.

Coldstone is delicious but busy. This location specifically is always crazy but the last time I was there a worker named Henlee. Although there were 10 people in line, she managed to work fast and efficiently without harming the customer experience. She was extremely kind and had such a friendly smile. With a short interaction, she was able to repair the customer relationship that was harmed by long lines. She is an awesome worker and will go far with the right opportunities and training.

The staff’s energy is friendly and the ice cream never disappoints. I’m a chocolate ice cream fanatic, and I love how I can pair it with mix ins like brownies, fudge, or caramel for endless combinations. Online ordering and delivery apps make it convenient, and the waffle cones, though pricey at around ten dollars, are fresh and crunchy. The place is clean, and service is quick, making it a solid spot for a sweet fix despite its flaws. This location is smaller than other Cold Stones I’ve been to, and you’ll notice it has fewer flavor and mix in options, which is a letdown. The parking is awful, often cramped and hard to navigate, especially when it’s busy. Seating is limited, so I rarely stay long, and delivery orders sometimes mess up my mix ins. Today—> I've always loved cold stone but I hadn't returned since the last time (old review). Today my apple has mold 😩😫 I wanted to eat my apple so badly. Seriously, I don't think I'm even lucky! 8 months ago—> We bought a big container ice cream, I asked then to add and mix chocolate chips with almonds. The 70% of the ice cream was just ice cream and the chocolate chips and almonds disappeared. So dissatisfied

Fantastic! I've been here a couple of times. Today Elsie was working all by herself. She was very positive and worked very fast even though we were the only ones there. 10/10 experience and will definitely be going again.
