Cold Stone Creamery

Beyond disgusting. Found a few hairs in my ice cream. The girl wasn't wearing anything for her hair and seemed very unhappy to be working there. Idk if this was deliberate or not. Either way this is the last time I'll go there. Horrible!

It was great customer service. Didnt realize that it was so spendy! But I guess it was worth it! My mom ate the whole thing. It was to much for me. But oh so good! Mom got a strawberry blonde and I got chocolate devotion. Mmmm mmmm mmm

I was having a really bad day and I needed something to cheer me up so I decided to go to this Cold Stone Creamery location for some ice cream. The young lady who served me was beyond welcoming and she was incredibly sweet. She doesn't know this, but she really helped me feel better that day. Ava if you're reading this, thank you for being so kind.

Not sure where to start! 1st I waited 15 mins with only one person ahead of me, he waited just as long. 4 employees, one working on to go orders. One in the back touching his hair on and off while making ice cream, the third was refilling candies that could have waiting on customers. By the time I was helped there was 8 people behind me. Advice to manager your employees should go to the chino hills location and learn how to run a shift! Employee wearing shorts you couldn’t see under her t shirt.

Service has gone way down here. Young lady with black hair is not friendly always looks mad and didn't even fill our tub of ice cream we paid $24 for and put barely any toppings.
