Cold Stone Creamery

I'm not usually one to complain but this place smells like barf and when I stated what I wanted and she only gave me one of the items and then said "well you didn't order the second item" and it generally just took way too long to get our order. Especially at the price point of cold stone I expect at least some level of service that isnt horrible. Also I got a strawberry mango smoothie and for $7 it's kinda just bad. Tastes like watered down mango juice. Just go to Rita's or a local place this isn't worth your time.

Layla made the best Everybody’s Mix I’ve had in a long time. I travel frequently for work and have visited three Cold Stone locations in this state, and this was by far the best experience.

Staff is very polite and kind. The ice cream was on point as always. I gave it a 4 because the store wasn't as clean as it should be. All glass surfaces were smeared and dirty. Update 6/16/23. Visited today and glass surfaces look much better 😀

I stopped by to pick up an online order and had to wait a long time in person just to pick up the order. It's supposed to be a convenience. I told one of the employees about my order and she told me to wait. There were two people at the counter preparing the treats and many customers inside waiting on line to place their orders. I had to wait for 3-4 customers to finish ordering and checking out before one of the staff members grabbed my order. I understand that it was a busy evening, but I think it should be acceptable for an employee to take the order out of the freezer for an online order pickup, it barely takes a minute. Maybe Cold Stone was understaffed. With that said, I was happy with the ice cream quality and packing. It was a warm evening but the ice cream wasn't melted or messy.

I absolutely love this place. I just always feel like a kid again.
